Known as the most hated chip in all of existence, Cousin Carl is a demigod and is immortal. He cannot speak, cannot properly walk, and cannot even properly breathe. Countless people have tried to kill him but to no avail, for some reason he is at an almost god status and will never die.
He's very awkward and uncomfortable to be around, all he does is drool and make weird noises around people to try to communicate. Nobody can understand him whatsoever.
